Ingredients

Ingredients for King Oyster Mushroom Cioppino:

100 grams beef fillet 120 grams enoki mushrooms 2 tablespoons cooking wine (Japanese)
2 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce 2 1/2 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp sugar

PREPARATION

STEP ONE: Prepare the mushrooms. Cut away the roots of the mushrooms and remove any dirt. Rinse them and wipe them dry with kitchen paper. Divide them into 10 equal portions. Roll and wrap each portion of mushrooms with 2 slices of beef.

STEP TWO: Cook the mushrooms. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the beef rolls in a single layer in the pan, seam side down. Bake them for about 1 minute. Gently turn to another side. Add the herbs. Raise the heat to high and cook until the mushrooms soften. Serve immediately.
